Social Compliance and Product Safety |

| We continually assess the type and quality of products we purchase on behalf of our clients. We require our vendors to certify that their products meet all US standards for safety, including compliance with California Proposition 65, the Consumer Product Safety Information Act (CPSIA), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) with regard to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic (FD&C) Act and other laws which are designed to protect consumers' health and safety. Additionally, we recognize social compliance and do not engage with/or purchase from manufacturers and suppliers that do not meet or exceed governmental requirements with regard to Health & Safety, Working Hours, Discrimination, Disciplinary Practices, Remuneration, and the non-use of Child Labor. This process begins during supplier selection as it is critical that suppliers share our commitment to ethical practices. |

| We’re proud to mention that we are always working on being better stewards of our planet. We have established high standards for environmental responsibility and employ this across all business operations. From promoting energy conservation and recycling programs, to the reduction of the amount of materials used via paperless order management and communication systems, we believe that focusing on these key areas in our business will result in the greatest positive impact on the environment. We also support the awareness of eco-friendly merchandise options. We offer apparel that are crafted from sustainable resources and many more products that are produced using either recycled, biodegradable, post-consumer waste, or natural materials. In addition, many of our products are reusable therefore lessening or eliminating the amount of waste sent to our landfills. It is our mission to continue using “green” products and find new ways to protect our earth. |
